Summary: Not allowed to use the public areas advertised in the pictures; I was just rinsing in the pool shower & they said I wasnt allowed on the pool deck since I was staying in the casitas & the pool was only for villa guests... No concierge, no baggaige check, and no daily housekeeping service as advertised. The hot tub/patio had no view. Big gap under the door lets in bugs - there was a 5cm huntsman spider on the wall.
