The Space:
From the front carport you enter directly into the living room, which boasts a 55” HD Smart TV which you can stream content from YouTube, Netflix, Stan and more using your smart device over provided NBN WIFI. Heading through the living room connects to the kitchen/dining area, the kitchen offers a new electric ceramic cooktop and oven also with full size fridge ideal for those cooking for numbers. Accommodating a 6 seater dining table and a spacious counter top for preparing & serving meals. Both the Living & Dining area are equipped with ceiling fans and security screened windows to catch the afternoon breeze.
The main hallway leads down past the laundry featuring a new front loader washing machine with a twin tub great for soaking work clothes. The bathroom is adjacent with shower, vanity, and separate toilet. Situated at the end of the hallway are the 3 bedrooms, all of which are airconditioned. Each bedroom also comes equipped with a Queen bed, ceiling fan, hanging storage and charging cube. The backyard has a brick courtyard with a 6 seater outdoor setting and a Webber BBQ (locked in Storage cupboard request and we will open for use) which makes it great to enjoy our climate. You can also use the front carport which you can move the outdoor setting into the carport as gets the best breeze if you would like. There is car and trailer access to through the large fence gate on the other side of the house. Fully security screened in a quiet cul-de-sac only a few minutes’ drive to major shopping, restaurants, and takeaway.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the kitchen, bathroom, lounge and outside the house. The available bedrooms will be dependent on how many guests have booked the property (see house rules below), additional rooms can be made available on request, additional fees of $25 per room, per night will apply. Guests have full access to the backyard which is connected to the street via the driveway.
The Neighborhood:
The property is tucked in a little cul-de-sac in Avoca only a 5-minute drive away from the Shopping center, Airport, Hospital and fast food.
Getting Around:
IGA Avoca is only a 2 minute drive away, alternatively one of Bundaberg's major shopping centers that also hosts a Woolworths along with many shops is only 5 minutes away. you will also find the Sugarland Tavern and the Brothers Sports Club close by.
Other Things to Note:
We are pet friendly subject to approval of the pet by us and rules apply. There is a pet fee of $15/per night for approved outside pets, and a $30 fee per night for approved inside pets. If a pet is found to be on the premises without approval a $100 fee will be charged and acceptance of this booking acknowledges this.
There will be a $25 fee charged if keys are not returned as per booking instructions.
Our linen is supplied and washed by a commercial laundry. Although we try to accommodate alteration requests, please be advised we do not allow "rescheduling" of the Check-in date by a difference of more than 14 days.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available if there are any issues or concerns that arise, but otherwise we are quite happy to have a hands-off approach to allow you to enjoy your stay as you please.
