The Space:
With a fantastic aspect maximising breezes from the North and South East the furnished veranda is a great attribute of this property for guests to enjoy and is lockable for security and privacy allowing the French Doors to the lounge room to be open if you wish to maximise air flow. Great size for a 2 bedroom property with 12ft ceilings, the property is tastefully furnished offering a separate lounge room which has a wall mounted 50inch HD TV. There are two bedrooms each with a King Bed that can be split into single beds which is not available in many other properties in the area. This allows you the option when booking to choose your bedding arrangement. Each bedroom offers a ceiling fan, power cube on the bedside table and a hanging clothes rack. The spacious kitchen incorporates a gas stove family size fridge, dining setting and features plenty of storage space and all the necessary kitchen appliances, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc. The yard provides off street parking inside the fence for multiple vehicles and on street parking is also available.

Two major shopping centers, Hinkler Place & Stockland are close by, as are 3 Clubs, RSL, Across the Waves, & Brothers Club – each have a courtesy bus. There is a bus stop just outside Oscar Motel reception for your convenience.
Other Things to Note:
There will be an overdue return fee charged if keys are not returned as per booking instructions. If a pet is found on-premises, a minimum of $100.00 fee will apply. Our linen is supplied and washed by a commercial laundry.
Although we try to accommodate alteration requests, please be advised we do not allow "rescheduling" of the Check-in date by a difference of more than 14 days.
The property has Fans Only, there is no Air Conditioning at the property.
