Summary: A lovely house for an ideal, laidback Antiparos vacation! Lefteri and Heike are great hosts, readily available next door if we needed anything and were nice enough to pick us up from Antiparos port when we arrived. The house is very clean and modern with all the basics that you need. And the back patio with the view of the marina is perfect for an evening pre-dinner glass of wine. The photos don’t do it justice. A few things to note: 1) Even though it says differently in the listing, there is no bbq grill and also no washing machine. Although there was a nice lady in town (Amerini’s Laundry) that did our laundry for €14/load. 2) The center of town is roughly a (beautiful) 15 minute walk, which doesn’t sound like much but in the hot, direct Greek sun it can feel like a lot more. We ended up renting a car for a couple days, and were happy we did. 3) The A/C in the bedrooms work really, really well but only 2 out of the 3 bedrooms have it. Otherwise, I can’t say enough positive things about the house. The kitchen has plenty of plates/glasses/silverware and even a dishwasher. The fridge is plenty big enough and the bathrooms are pretty spacious. Plus, there’s plenty of hot water, even with 4 of us showering after days at the beach. It’s a wonderful home with the perfect Greek island feel. Highly recommend!
