Accommodation
The Office is a newly renovated 2 storey home with absolute beach frontage at the seaside town of Toogoom. The house, sleeping up to 6 people has 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs (1K and 2Q), 2 bathrooms and separate toilet along with a modern kitchen/dining/lounge area opening with bifold doors to a spacious covered deck overlooking the beach. All bedrooms and living areas upstairs and downstairs have split system airconditioners. The main bedroom has a walk-in-robe and ensuite, while the other two have built-in robes. Not to forget of course the office area.
A sliding door downstairs leads to a large covered outdoor area and outdoor shower and large enclosed manicured lawn.
The kitchen is well equipped with 90cm gas hotplates and electric oven, nespresso coffee machine, microwave, 2 door dishwasher, 3 door fridge with icemaker, and a full set of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
The lounge boasts a large smart TV and home theatre DVD/CD/ipod with surround sound and wifi.
Downstairs consists of a double lock-up garage, entrance, living area consisting of 2 fold out couches, bathroom/toilet/laundry, gym equipment and 2nd flatscreen TV, DVD's, books and games.
The spacious deck has a BBQ, reclining chairs and eating area perfect for outdoor dining.

Toogoom is situated 15km north of Hervey Bay and is the perfect location for a beachside holiday. The north facing extensive stretches of white sandy beaches are protected by Fraser Island providing calm seas with gentle rolling waves, making it the ideal holiday for safe swimming, water sports or just taking a stoll along the beach. The township boasts 2 restaurants and a general store all within a short walking distance.
Hervey bay one of the fastest growing cities in Queensland, has a population of 70,000 and is home to world famous whale watching cruises, day or overnight trips to Fraser Island (largest sand island in the world), great restaurants, shopping, charter flights, markets, fishing trips, sailing, canoeing and much more.
