After a 2 year-long construction project, we are thrilled to present The Beach Haven.
Opting for a clean and uncluttered energy, you’ll find this property equipped for the most discerning guests.
A fully stocked, gourmet kitchen awaits with everything you may need to enjoy a nice meal at the kitchen bar or at the outdoors dining table.
The living space displays a minimalist modern decor with a hint of mid-century style. Colors, are serene and neutral, and comfort is the standard.
Wall-to-wall windows flood the space with beautiful natural light. This room is equipped with a half bath, a flat 50” TV screen facing a comfortable couch that becomes a queen size bed.
With two bedrooms and 2 baths on the second level, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 4 people.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite bath and balcony to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee or to take a break while enjoying the view with a glass of wine.
The second bedroom offers two comfortable twin sizes beds with an ensuite full bathroom.
The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular, with a large deck offering both a lounge and dining area. There’s even a space for your yoga practice. The sunny backyard features a grill and a fire pit, perfect for an evening of stargazing, a glass of wine or s’mores.

Conveniently located to many of the area’s natural amenities, you’re literally steps from the ocean (10 min walk or 3 min drive), and just a short drive to town or the many recreation opportunities like the Turtle Sanctuary at Playa Bandera, the Rainmaker Park, Manuel Antonio National Park, Jaco Beach, among others.
