Super Market is about 100 m. away, bakery is about 30 m. away, pharmacy is about 40 m. away. In a radius of 50-100 meters you can find all the shops of Spetses as and bicycle and motorcycle rental shops. However the apartment is in the center of Spetses, it has a lot of quiet because is located at a point through which no wheeled vehicles can pass.

When reaching the house, you should enter the garden from the backyard (blue steel door), walk down to the front yard and you ‘ll find the keys under a candlestick on the marble table.
During your stay
For hot water please push up the left switch at the second and the third row of the electricity board that is in a down position, outside the WC. When you have enough hot water, please push the switch in the down position again.

There is a second pair of keys in the glass vase on the small table.
