* Pool heating fee is included in the total during the winter months. We keep the pool temperature around 88 degrees.
* This home is a complete non-smoking home, inside and outside. No cigarettes, cannabis, cigars or vaping allowed. Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee.
* This is a very quiet, residential waterfront community. As such we work very hard to be good neighbors. We have designated quiet hours outdoors which are from 10p - 7a each night to limit any excessive noise across the lakes to our neighbors.
* Any violations of the quiet hours policy may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and eviction from the property without refunds.
*In place of a security deposit, we require all guests staying at the property to purchase a $99 property damage protection waiver which covers up to $10,000 in damage with a $0 deductible.
* If you are entitled to a refund per the cancellation policy listed at the time of your reservation, we reserve the right to retain a 3% credit card processing fee. This fee will be calculated based on what has already been paid to date toward your reservation. In the event that you are only entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation amount, we will waive the 3% credit card fee when processing your refund.
* The pontoon boat is provided at no additional charge for your stay and is available for your use. We maintain the boat to the best of our abilities and perform checks before each guest`s arrival to make sure that they are charged and in working order.
* No one under the age of 25 is allowed to drive the boat. No exceptions.
