Older style rustic home on 11 acres with 4 acres of gardens & 7 acres of cattle raising paddocks.
Ellimatta is a very large house, & you have it all to yourselves, amid the tranquility of a rural setting, but within 15 minutes of Bundaberg Central.
There are 4 bedrooms that will sleep up to 9 people, with 2 bathrooms. We also have a large country kitchen with breakfast table, and a formal dining room with a rustic timber dining setting for 10 people. There is a lounge room wit 55" Samsung Smart TV, and a home theatre with a 110" screen and surround sound including a powered sub woofer. There is Netflix, Stan, and Prime on both devices. Between these two rooms is a gym area with a treadmill for those feeling energetic!
The large saltwater swimming pool is one of our many highlights.
