Pet friendly space for house trained animals . Please advise of them on booking and confirm you will clean up after them and remove any sign of pet hair etc. ( pets are not allowed on beds )
Eureka offers a modern, spacious and elegant space to holiday in. The property has 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests with queen sofa bed for those other 2 . Please advise at the time of booking if you would like the sofa bed made up . A unique feature of the property is that if offers a wheelchair friendly space and a lift to the upper level. It has a private pool and aircon upstairs and downstairs. Outdoor entertainment area with a BBQ and table / chairs near the pool.
The space
Enjoy the amazing ocean views, relax on the balcony or walk to Oaks Beach for a swim or check out the nearby Cafes, Pub or Marina. You can also take ( walk or ride the bikes ) to the famous turtle trail from Eureka to Mon Repos and admire the beautiful Coral Sea on the way. Visit Mon Repos to see the turtles lay eggs or baby turtles hatch or walk down the road to Oaks Beach and watch for free !! Drive for 5 mins to the marina to go out on the Lady Musgrave experience ( coral island with reef ). Discover the nearby rock pools with their colourful corals or go for a walk along the empty sandy beaches. Picture yourself relaxing with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon on the balcony that you can access from the lounge area and master bedroom.
As you enter this property through the wide downstairs foyer you will find 2 bedrooms, both with ocean views. The ground level lounge area has a sofa bed, and you will find the family bathroom and fully equipped laundry .Clothes line outside.

Please leave it as you found it 🤩 There are 4 outside security cameras which are left on when property is vacant. I leave the front door and driveway ones on for your security so I can alert you if anything happens.
