The upper level is home to the main lounge area, wrap around north facing timber deck that overlooks the Pacific Ocean. The chef style kitchen with marine grade stainless steel benches & café style servery windows house quality appliances for entertaining on the amazing alfresco deck or in the indoor dining room. A BBQ is provided on the deck. The large spacious main bedroom with walk in robe & 2- way ensuite and separate toilet. The master opens onto the deck allowing the cooling breeze to flow through. The second bedroom also has access to the deck along with study nook and built ins.
The lower-level leads to the downstairs lounge spacious 3rd bedroom, 4th bedroom, main bathroom, laundry, kitchenette & access to the carport.
The outdoor sitting deck is the perfect space for afternoon drinks & entertaining on the lower level which leads to a fire pit sitting area, low maintenance synthetic lawn and statues allowing a peaceful garden oasis. The newly installed inground swimming pool is a welcome addition in the warmer weather.
5 pushbikes & 3 scooters are available for use during your stay. Prior arrange will need to be made with the hosts to have the access to these items & a bond held.
