My vacation rental is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom pool home located in Apollo Beach, Apollo Beach is a quiet waterfront community that provides year-round boating, fishing and other water activities. The home is renovated with upgraded fixtures and stainless steel appliances and a pool that is heated from November 1st thru April with an LED color changing light . The home has an oversized 4 car driveway . The master bedroom has a new king size bed, with a 55” tv a private en-suite bath with a Jacuzzi tub and separate stand up shower with a sliding door that leads to the lanai and the pool fenced in back yard for privacy where you can play a game of mini golf or sit around the fire pit for cooler nights. The 2nd bedroom has a new queen sized bed with a 32 inch tv. The 3rd bedroom also has a queen size bed. . There is a 75 in flat screen TV in the living room with an electric fireplace. Also included is iWiFi and cable streaming. Board games and all pool rafts and toys are located inside the garage for your use. There is a security camera located above the driveway for security. Enjoy a day at the manatee viewing center just 2.1 miles from the home or just sit back and relax by the water and enjoy the sunsets that all the locals love at the Apollo Beach Nature Preserve just 2.5 miles away. Disney and other attractions in Orlando are just over a hour away and a 30 min drive to Adventure Island and Busch Gardens. Florida Beaches are 30 to 45 minutes south and southwest
