The beachfront studio is located in Agii Theodori village, within 4 acres of land, with beautiful pine, olive, Apollo's laurel, fig, orange, lemon, grapefruit, tangerine, peanut, and pomegranate trees, flowers and many Greek herbs (oregano, sage, basil, mint, pelargonium, rosemary, lemongrass, aloe vera).
The studio is 65km (50-60 minutes) from the Center of Athens, 95km (60 minutes) from Αthens International Airport, 15km from the Corinth Canal in Isthmus, 26km from Ancient Corinth, 32km from Penteskoufi Castle, 56km from Mycenae.
It is 48 square meters, and it was completely renovated in 2023. The renovation's goal was energy conservation (Α+) and aesthetic improvement, using environmentally and human-friendly eco-materials.
For painting the studio, as well as the handmade furniture, natural paints were used by the German Company "AURO". (a certified company “CO2-neutral ”).
The studio's equipment was chosen to be made from natural eco-friendly materials, such as wood, jute, cotton, and cork.
For the renovation, several materials and objects were restored and reused such as the marble sink, the toilet mirror, the bedroom shutters, and some decorative objects such as an old typewriter in the bedroom.
The bedroom mattress is coco-mat, and the towels and the sheets are made from cotton and percale. The handmade table is made of solid chestnut wood.
The studio also uses alternative energy sources such as a wood-burning stove (Haas+Sohn Α+) and a solar heating water system.
The studio also has an alarm system.
In the estate, next to the studio is our farmhouse which we visit with our friendly dogs, Smart, Zano, and Ζeus.
