1. Power is switched on by inserting the magnetic card attached to the keys into the power slot under the electric board (entrance).
2. Hot water is provided by fast heater. Twenty (20) minutes suffice to supply hot water for two (2) adults. Please do not exceed the time-frame for your safety.
3. Use of hob and oven should be avoided in case of unfamiliarity.
4. TV & life streaming: the Source appearing on the TV screen should read "hdm1". Scroll accordingly till you find the 'hdm1' source. Please refrain from searching land channels by pressing buttons randomly. They will not respond.
5. Sofa-bed & baby cot operation: if in doubt please ask for links & instructions.
6. Smoking is not allowed indoors and Definitely Not while the A/C is on.
7. Make sure to operate the A/C at 28*c and Not lower than 26*c. Risk of potential damage of the foldable awning structure outdoors. In case of extreme external heat keep the A/C operating throughout the day at the suggested temperature and under no circumstances at a lower cooling temp.
8. Hush Hours between 14:30-17:30 and 22:30-07:30, should be strictly observed.
9. Garbage Is Your Responsibility To Remove From Space (including bathroom wastes). Removing your own garbage when you depart is a strict rule and should be followed at all times. Please be considerate and polite.
10. Remove All Edibles, beverages, cans, carton-food containers etc, from fridge, oven, drawers and closets. Personal items, toiletries etc., should be removed from the bathroom. Used kitchenware, baking sheets, etc should be washed before check-out and placed back.
11. Please do Not dispose used paper in the toilet.
12. Cushions, towels, mats, bedsheets, pillows etc. should not be dumped on floor nor used as mopping gear. Please refrain from walking on bath matt with dirty shoes.
13. Re-decoration 'attempts' by moving furniture around is strictly forbidden.
14. Deco candles are Not to be lit. Instead use the aluminum candle containers.
15. Used bedsheets, towels and linens should be removed from the beds and placed aside next to the couch.
16. Please make sure you follow your check-out deadline (12:00hrs) so that you don't accidentally remove any object from the space mixed with your own items.
17. Verify that all doors, windows and awnings are firmly shut at check-out or whenever you leave the studio during your stay.
18. Please secure the house by locking Twice and return keys in the lock-box at the entrance of the building. Kindly make sure to mix the numbers on the lock-box for security reasons.
19. Failure to comply with these House Rules will be reported for owner's compensation
