The main bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and ensuite with walk in shower. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Main bathroom has walk in shower and is also access to the laundry includes top loading washing machine.
The yard is fully fenced and has a shed for carparking. There is also additional off street parking if you wish to bring a tinny or boat.
Great for the kids to run around in or simply relax in the shade of the large Mango tree. The property is fully fenced and outdoor pets are allowed at an additional charge of $100.
Tin Can Bay has much to offer! Choose a quiet relaxing holiday with a good book and an easy stroll along the Esplanade to enjoy the water views. Bring the kids as they will enjoy the paths with their scooters and bikes. There is also a skateboard bowl and playground on the foreshore. Tin Can Bay is also popular for fishing so bring the tinny or you can hire a boat if you wish to go out and catch some fish or mud crabs.
Only 30 minutes drive and you can enjoy the sandy beaches of Rainbow Beach so bring the surfboards and boogie boards. Rainbow Beach also offers a flagged swimming beach. You can take your 4wd for a drive to the coloured sands (permit may be required - please check with Queensland Parks before heading off) and right up to the lagoon at double island point. Great spot for a swim! Please check beach conditions before leaving. 4wd hire is also available.
