This cosy and comfortable home is in a highly sought after location. An in-ground swimming pool to cool off during those blistering summer days and only 5 minutes from the beach, this home is a tranquil retreat. The kitchen contains a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and all cooking utensils are supplied. The lounge room contains a small TV & stereo, 3x2 seater lounges. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a ceiling fan, Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a ceiling fan and Bedroom 3 has a set of single bed and a ceiling fan. The laundry has a washing machine and is well disguised in a kitchen cupboard.
A $200 booking/security bond is payable on or before your arrival and refunded within 5 days of your departure once the property has been inspected.
No smoking is permitted in the house.
Bed linen & towels are NOT provided. You will need to bring your own sheets, towels, bath mats & tea towels.
