The beach is right outside of the Villa, where you could swim and sunbathe without the trouble of moving more than a few meters from the house. If you prefer more organised beaches, where you could play beach volley and visit the nearest beach bars, then you could do that within 5 km distance. If you are more interested in quiet activities, then the road in front of the Villa is ideal for jogging in the morning, and in the afternoon you could chill at the beach to enjoy the sunset.

The Villa is easily accesible from Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos", in a distance of 90 km. We will personally welcome you there at the airport and lead you to the Villa, so you don't have to worry about finding the way to there. I would recommend you though considering renting a car, when you arrive at the airport, in order to be more flexible with your daily shopping and any possible day trips you might want to do. The Villa is also in close proximity to Athens (70 km) where you could visit Acropolis, Monastiraki and other popular areas or you could go for a trip to Sounion, to see the ruins of the ancient Greek temple of Poseidon.
