Villa Alamis can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 bedrooms, and it is situated in the western mountains of Zakynthos island, overlooking the traditional village of Kiliomenos at an altitude of 500m, surrounded by forests. Kiliomenos, with its long architectural tradition, offers special tastes to its visitors, walking trails and horse back riding facilities as well. Villa Alamis is ideal for those who want to enjoy the peace and tranquility of a natural environment in the cosmopolitan Greek island of Zakynthos. The house is situated directly next to the forest woods, within 30 meters from a forest walking trail and within a 5 minute walk from the center of the traditional village of Koiliomenos. The panoramic views to the surrounding tree laden hillsides and the village are ideal for enjoying peace and relaxation.
Villa Alamis is a very spacious and comfortable home, and can accommodate up to 8 persons. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large space consisted of a living room, a dining area with a fireplace, a very large fully equipped kitchen with its own additional dining table, and a small lounge area between the bedrooms. There is a flat TV in the living room wall and a comfortable writing desk.
The first master bedroom has a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a private balcony. The second master bedroom includes double bed, wardrobe and a private balcony. The adjacent bathroom to the master bedrooms has a bathtub and a shower. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe. The second bathroom of the house has a shower and it’s next to this bedroom.
There is also a guest studio with its own exterior entrance from the front veranda of the house. The studio is consisted of a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a private bathroom (the 3rd bathroom of the house) with a shower.
The house is surrounded by shaded verandas equipped with outdoor furniture and a relatively small “young garden”. There is a private parking area within the property, suitable for at least 3 cars.
The entire elevated ground floor is accessible to all the guests as well as all exterior spaces. The space on the upper floor is closed and no-one ever lives there.
Our friend and co-host, Mr. Dionysis, who will welcome you and give the house keys, has a very amiable personality and is also an excellent cook for local cuisine. Dionysis will make sure in every possible way that you enjoy the most of your stay in our beautiful house and he will be available to you, within a short notice, at any time you might need him as he lives in the village of Koiliomenos, about 1 km from Villa Alamis.
If you wish you can arrange, with advance notice, with your co-host Mr. Dionysis to prepare breakfast for you and other meals. If you ask Dionysis he can also purchase the provisions for you based on your dietary preferences . You will arrange with Dionysis any expenses involved.
