Summary: We spent four days in this charming little rental. It was very clean, well-stocked with the needed kitchen items and the rooms were very comfortable. The location is perfect if you are planning to stay in the Anchorage area, centrally located to many attractions and easy to find. Communication with the owner was quick and cordial. On-site laundry was definitely a bonus, making it possible to pack less for your trip.Couple of things to consider-the upstairs and downstairs are not well insulated from each other. The upstairs tenants were not overly loud but the running across the floor is easily heard. IF this is a deal breaker for you, this might not be your location. We didn't mind. Also, the floors are creaky, that bothers some people.The book at the rental has information that was not for this particular rental and was a bit confusing. The rental apparently has more than one name and that made it a little hard to decide what was applicable.
