This is an absolute beach front property with the best views in Lancelin, you can see so much water you will feel like you are looking out the window of a boat . The property has multiple bedroom configuration options and is ideal for a large group of couples or several families, whilst still being able to provide privacy and independence. The property features five double rooms Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, Bedroom 3 - King bed or two long singles ( Sheets are provided for king single beds) If you require king singles to be made into a king bed, please request upon booking, Bedroom 4 - Bunk bed with double and single Studio - Queen bed. There are kitchens both upstairs and down and the separate studio also has its own fridge, microwave and tea coffee making facilities. There are two BBQ areas, one on the balcony and the other downstairs. There is a massive soft lawn for children to run around on and play or for you to setup your windsurfing gear on. A hot outdoor shower provides a great location to wash off the sand from the beach before plunging into the spa in the upstairs bathroom for a soak. Pets Allowed with Owners Approval (Outside Only). $250 pet bond would apply.
PLEASE NOTE: Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 cannot be accessed from the upstairs living area. These can only be accessed via the outside stairs.
