Beautiful brand new home with an amazing panoramic view of Kachemak Bay: including the Kenai Mountains and Grewingk Glacier. We're located on the Homer bench and we're just a short drive to the Homer Spit with shops, fishing and great places to eat. Our home has an open concept great room area with room for everyone to spread out. There are 3 bedrooms: a king master suite with a walk-in shower and 2 more bedrooms that share the guest bathroom. We have blackout blinds in all the bedrooms, so you can sleep well in our long summer days. Unwind on our deck after a full day of fishing, playing and exploring.
This house has a water tank in the crawl space. Water is delivered weekly. Because we do not want our guests to run out of water, we have put a camera in the crawl space so we can occasionally look at water levels.
