This delightful modern holiday home is situated close to the beach for an unforgettable seaside experience. Just two minutes' walk from the picturesque Esplanade that borders the ocean, it's perfect for a walk, jog, cycle, whale watching, and the breathtaking sunrise views of Fraser Island. Enjoy BBQ facilities and a playground at the beach, and you'll be in the new and safe Prestigious Ocean Blue Estate. Turn right onto the Esplanade for a fifteen-minute walk to Wetside Water Park, with its free-of-charge water slides, splash pad, and wave machine. Or, travel a short distance further for some of Hervey Bay's finest coffee shops, eateries, and supermarkets. Turn left onto the Esplanade and you'll be just a stone's throw away (2.5 km) from the highly recommended 'Brew & View café, with its delicious food and excellent service.
This bright and airy, modern house has a massive backyard that can accommodate a large boat/Jet ski and trailer. There's a covered outdoor entertaining area, secluded by tropical plants, with a new 4-burner gas BBQ, and access to the park. The fully-equipped modern kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, slow cooker, steamer, rice cooker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, and all the necessary cooking utensils. There are two Smart TVs with a basic Foxtel account, two Blu-ray DVD players, and Wi-Fi internet access.
The four bedrooms feature King-size beds in three, and a Queen-size bed in the fourth. The master bedroom has an en-suite and a large walk-in robe, and the second bathroom and separate toilet are spacious. The living room and the master bedroom both have powerful air conditioners, and all the rooms have ceiling fans. There is off-street parking on the driveway (the garage is not accessible for guests). The property also has a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer, and a drying rack and clothes line are also available. Bed linens are provided, but beach towels must be brought by the guests. Additional blankets are available on the property. No pets or smoking are allowed, and please note that guests do not have access to the double garage. For added security, there are surveillance cameras that monitor the front, rear, and sides of the property.
