Straddie Beach House 1 is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom house situated in a desirable Point Lookout location. Located a 4 minute walk from Home Beach and a 5 minute walk to the Stradbroke Island Hotel, it is convenient for all your holiday fun. The house is designed to sleep a maximum of 10 people. The fully equiped new kitchen has all of the essentials along with a dishwasher, microwave and Kitchenaid Nespresso Coffee Machine. We also supply pantry staples (coffee pods, tea, vinegar, plain flour etc) The 2 brand new bathrooms are also stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are ceiling fans in the living, dining and bedrooms and the house is fully insect screened. There are two deck areas for entertaining with a barbeque located on the upper level deck. There is a laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer. The house offers free wifi and two smart televisions. The upstairs living room television also has Foxtel. The house is toddler friendly with slide in timber barriers to the top & bottom of the stairwell as well as a highchair. There is also a beach cart located in the laundry for all guests to use. There is an outdoor shower (cold water only) to get rid of the salt and sand after your walk home from the beach. We want you to enjoy all that Straddle has to offer so we are happy to extend check out time on the day of your departure until 3pm, subject to our booking calendar. Should you like an extended check out time please request this the week before your arrival and I will advise if this is possible. Extended check out time is not available in peak/holiday seasons.
