Summary: The hotel is dated. We lost electricity one day and the TV was broken and never replaced, despite them having a look at it. Buffet food was fine but lacked flavour unfortunately, although kids loved it. There was a lot of sun lounges around the pool, just need to get up early and secure one with a towel. Loved having three pools for the kids to go between, a great small kids splash pool near kids club, a quiet pool and then the biggest pool had music playing and lots of activities. The entertaining staff were brilliant and showed enthusiasm daily. I wasn't so keen on the evening entertainment.
