It is an entertainers delight with the multiple indoor and outdoor living and entertaining areas.With 4 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms (main bathroom with a bathtub), very large outdoor and indoor dining options, amazing open plan kitchen overlooking the pool, there is room for everybody.
Enjoy our patrolled beach just a stroll away and the awesome waves that draw locals to our beach.The canal is only short 150m walk which offers a great bike path to the beach, kids park with bbq and seating with a great view. Not very far away is the New hospital and Birtinya precinct with shops, great dining experiences and the famous Night Quarter. The list goes on with all the amazing attractions the Sunshine Coast has to offer at our doorstep.
