Relax or workout in the Salt Water pool and spa, heated when pool temps dip below 84 degrees. Four sitting areas provide space for lively conversations or solitude and relaxation. The Fun House offers a complete games room with an Infrared Sauna. Less than a mile from 3 Golf Courses, biking and hiking trails, fine and casual dining and Clark's Grocery store.
The space
Custom home on 1/2 acre in a very quiet neighborhood. Return visitors to Sedona have discovered the serenity of The Village while being only 15 minutes from the Uptown Sedona area. Reach the back side of Red Rock Crossing and Cathedral from the "local" parking lots and avoid the crowds. Ride to Bell Rock or drive to the some of the best local hiking trails within 5 minutes. 3 Bedrooms and a finished game's room will sleep up to 10 people. Please note that there are only 2 full bathrooms. Luxuriously furnished with a Gourmet Kitchen and multiple outdoor seating and lounging areas. Relax, play, eat and repeat!
