This duplex (also own and rent the other side) has off-street parking/private drive with two bedrooms (one room has a queen bed while the other has two twins); we have an extra roll away be to accommodate at least one person as well as air mattresses available upon request. This side only has one bathroom but it has a large deck with sunlight streaming through the windows, wood floors, wash, dryer, iron, blow dryer, black-out shades, internet and television (streamed channels).
