Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was great, just minutes away from two major shopping centers, restaurants, and gas stations. The casita was easy to enter, the keyless lock worked well. The interior was very nice with separate living and sleeping quarters. The closet had plenty of extra pillows and blankets, hangers.

Negative: The parking. First, when I received the location address, I was told to park at the curb BUT there was no street parking overnight. Second, The tenant in the main house was to leave adequate room for me to park at night on the right side of the driveway. There was plenty of driveway on the left for two other vehicles. When I arrived at the casita, there was no room for me to park on the driveway because a large SUV was pulled into most of my parking area. It was nearing dark, so I pulled onto the property driving over bushes and granite landscaping. I only had 4 inches between me and the SUV to open my door because there was a tree on the passenger side of the car. This was the case for 3 out of the 4 days I stayed at the casita. The bathroom toilet is VERY low. When sitting on the commode, my knees were higher than the toilet seat. For a senior with recent knee replacement surgery, this was a problem.

Summary: Nice casita, parking for vehicle is challenging.
