This is a private townhome with a room for rent & your own bathroom to use, not en suite though. It comes with 2 comfortable twin beds, tv, a chair & small desk. There is parking available in the driveway. The room is on the 2nd floor. Coffee & an assortment of drinks are available. The home is located in a nice relatively quiet safe location with quick access to a green belt & creek. Only a few miles from downtown & quick access to all sorts of sightseeing in the city & mtns.

There are towels in the bedroom & other toiletries in the drawers of the bathroom.
Guest access
Convenient walk to a bus stop & only 10 minute drive to the airport. Theres plenty of room in the driveway to park on the left hand side.
