Positive: The view was fabulous and the room large. Staff pleasant and helpful

Negative: This facility is oceanfront not beachfront. The close private beach is dirty with piles of seaweed and other debris washed up by the tide. The other beach to which you can walk is controlled by a large all inclusive chain so we couldn't use any facilities such as restrooms or restaurants. This is new management for this villa hotel and they are still working out kinks including how to communicate what services are available at what cost.

Summary: Beautiful but needs polishing.
