Summary: A peaceful and charming spot across the bay from Paros town—perfect if you're looking for quiet and relaxation. A big bonus is access to a nearby 5-star resort's pool and services, just a short walk away. While the photos are a bit misleading (no daybeds on site), the water here is clearer and less crowded than the beaches in town.
The area is more remote than we expected, with only a couple of walkable restaurants and no shops or grocery stores nearby. Getting to town requires a hotel shuttle (free), taxi (€15), a 40-minute walk along the coast, or a water taxi.
We missed a few basic amenities like dishes or cutlery to make simple meals, which would’ve helped given the location.
That said, the peaceful setting really encouraged us to slow down and unwind—exactly what we needed. The hotel restaurant wasn’t our favorite (a bit pricey and heavy), but nearby dining options were solid. The standout was the staff—warm, helpful, and truly wonderful throughout our stay.

Summary: Great price for being steps away from the beach. Good amenties at the main hotel which is a short walk. The customer service was great. The room was clean & very comfortable. We enjoyed a wonswrdul dinner & brunch at the main hotel. All around great experience. It was quiet & away from the busy port area. I'd stay here again in the future!

Summary: Paid transfer from port to property was 20€ per room. Taxi to property was 15€ per fare. Decide accordingly.
Beach houses are not located on the property, per se.
The staff will buzz you and luggage down to beach houses with golf cart when room is ready.
Once there, you can walk to the beach. Private sunbeds and umbrellas must be reserved in advance, which we did and had for the day. Added that charge to our meal and drink charge at beach restaurant. Spent all day on the beach while our room was prepared. Walked back up to check in and returned to the beach.
It is a hilly walk from the beach to the beach house to the resort property. Take into account when booking.
Mobility issues will have challenges between beach and resort.
Nice buffet breakfast and real espresso coffee machine. These are not included when staying at the Beach Houses. Use of resort facilities is included. Take advantage of the pool! Staff is excellent and made great recommendations for touring the island’s “hidden gems” and restaurants.
Take the time to walk around the resort, down to the beach house and of course, the beach, to set your expectations. Signage to and from key areas could be better.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay at Omilos Beach Houses!
The room was clean and air conditioned.
The patio door slides open vs pulls / pushes open. Lol.
Patio faces west for beautiful sunsets.
Taxis know exactly where beach houses are and were 15€ from there to the port for restaurants.

Summary: On the pictures of the view of the room on Expedia, we were suppose to have sea view, but there were an other hotel in front of us, so it’s not a complete sea view.
Also, pictures of the hotel, show the chairs on the beach and says beach front, but we were 150m of the beach and the chairs we see on the photos is not even chairs of the hotel.

Summary: Firstly, the staff here really stand out. They were so kind and it really feels like they care. The facilities at the main property are amazing and it’s great that we’re able to use the amenities there. The villa itself was also amazing for the price. The shuttle to Parikia is also very convenient!

Summary: Omilos House was so beautifully decorated & a quick 2 minute walk to the beach! You check in at the lovely sister property, Paros Agnanti right up the road. There are several amenities you are allowed access to- pool, fun gym, tennis court, meals for purchase (16€ per person for breakfast). Paros Agnanti is a great upscale hotel, whereas Omilos is upscale but more intimate and private.
The staff was SO incredibly helpful and patient with my million questions ;-). Katarina and Spiros were super amenable, arranging port pick up and airport drop off for very affordable prices, and very detailed information.
The room at Omilos was exquisite and the balcony had the most breathtaking view of the beach at sunset.
Definitely recommend renting a car if you'll visit more than a couple days, though P.A. does have a free shuttle to the nearest town. Also recommend Pedro's Beach Bar for affordable loungers and snacks right down from Omilos. Those guys are super sweet also!
Absolutely stunning!

Summary: Our stay at Omilos was perfect for our needs - we hired a car for 3 days, which I would recommend if you’re staying here as it’s an up hill walk from the main town Parikia. Room was super clean, larger than expected, and well serviced. Very large terrace, parking at your door, access to Paros Agnati Hotel amenities (pool, gym, showers after checkout) Only improvements I could suggest would be sunloungers for the huge terrace, and some dinnerware/cutlery as we wanted to eat breakfast and had to use the glasses for granola & yoghurt in the mornings with teaspoons (really not a big deal).
