Sitting on Toogoom Beach, this sprawling two-acre estate strikes the perfect balance between beach and bush. From the rear gate, you’ll stroll metres to the water’s edge – where you can enjoy beach fishing and water sports – while back at home you’ll find endless entertainment with a tennis court and a pool table. Designed for families and large groups, this is a spacious and uniquely designed home, conveniently positioned less than a 10-minute drive to the shops and central Hervey Bay.
Immersed in nature, this house sits among gorgeous greenery while directly fronting the ocean visible from the home. Arriving at the property you will instantly be enamoured by its scale. The living quarters are spread across two levels, with sprawling fenced gardens and alfresco areas that encourage life outdoors.
Entering on the ground level you will find yourself within the large rumpus room. Get together around the pool table or whip up some drinks behind the bar. Two bedrooms are found on this level, one with a queen bed and the other with a single bed and floor mattress, plus a dedicated workspace. There’s also a bathroom and internal laundry with a washing machine.
Heading upstairs you’ll find the formal living and dining area. This area is open plan, flowing to the balcony. Open the doors and allow the natural breezes to stream through. A large dining table encourages guests to come together for a meal at home, making use of a fully catered kitchen. Then, in the evenings, spread out on the recliner sofas, enjoying a central TV.
There are four bedrooms upstairs, each well-appointed for your stay. The generous master has a queen-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom replete with a spa bath and double vanity. The second bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed, the third bedroom has two single beds and the fourth bedroom comes with one single bed. A combination of air-conditioning and ceiling fans keeps things comfortable. Refresh within the neat main bathroom, choosing from both a bathtub and a separate shower.
Parking is provided in the garage and on the driveway for up to four cars, along with space for a boat.
