The property is located on the North side of AK-2 highway in a residential neighborhood of the North Pole. All the houses in the neighborhood are gorgeous and most are tucked back into the woods giving everyone plenty of privacy.
4wd or AWD is recommended in winter months.

Please know that in accordance with the Alaska Landlord Tenant act we require a signed lease agreement; an increased management fee of $230 for the first 59 nights (which goes towards supplement insurance), and then $80 for each 30 day block after 59 nights; and a completed background check through Safely to completely validate your reservations over 30 nights.

Fee schedule for violating house rules:
-Unauthorized late check-out: $50 immediately, $50 for every 30 minutes after checkout (i.e. +$100 at 30 min after checkout, $150 at an hour after checkout).

-Additional guests beyond what was approved when booking: $35 per guest, per day
-Unauthorized pet cleaning fee (excessive hair, bodily fluids, stains): $100

-Broken/damaged items: charged at replacement value
