This 3 bedroom home is located in a nice quiet street and in walking distance of the waterfront and Crab Creek and is the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday. Along the waterfront is a newly updated concrete footpath and boardwalk which takes you down to Temptations Cafe at Crab Creek where you can enjoy breakfast or lunch or just a coffee. Crab Creek is also home to one of two boat ramps in Tin Can Bay plus some good fishing spots.
The main bedroom has a double bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The main bathroom has a bath tub and separate shower. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer.
The kitchen is well set up with fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, dishwasher and all necessary cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery that you will need during your stay.
The open plan lounge/dining room has twin sofas, television and ceiling fan with timber dining table with bench seats.
There is a double garage for your car and a small boat if you are bringing that along. The yard is fully fenced so you can relax while the kids play. There is also a BBQ and outdoor setting on the back patio.
Tin Can Bay has much to offer! Choose a quiet relaxing holiday with a good book and an easy stroll along the Esplanade to enjoy the water views. Bring the kids as they will enjoy the paths with their scooters and bikes. There is also a skateboard bowl and playground on the foreshore. Tin Can Bay is also popular for fishing so bring the tinny or you can hire a boat if you wish to go out and catch some fish or mud crabs.
Only 30 minutes drive and you can enjoy the sandy beaches of Rainbow Beach so bring the surboards and boogie boards. Rainbow Beach also offers a flagged swimming beach. You can take your 4wd for a drive to the coloured sands (permit may be required - please check with Queensland Parks before heading off) and right up to the lagoon at double island point. Great spot for a swim! Please check beach conditions before leaving. 4wd hire is also available.
