The kitchen is newly remodeled with new appliances and gorgeous wood countertops for a modern look to the old Nordic stylings. The bathrooms are recently remodeled also. The yard is fenced in for the little ones, and there's a carport for your vehicle. The home is a duplex so there is a tenant on one of the sides.
You’ll have access to the whole right side of the house & everything in it as well as the fenced yard!
Other things to note
If we discover any house rules have been broken, unfortunately we will have to impose additional fines due to the additional services needed to fix said damage.
Pets on premises: $500
Smoking inside the home: $800
Loud outside quiet hours: $300
And in the off case things in the home are broken, we will require full reimbursement for the cost to be made whole by a professional service. This will include but is not restricted to, reimbursement above and beyond standard insurance payout if needed.
