The house is located right in the middle of Anchorage at the end of a culdesac and is surrounded by trees, which is a very rare find for the area. You will be less than 5 minutes from the freeway and no more than 15 minutes away from nearly anything you want to do in town.
The front living room has a very comfortable reclining couch and 70” TV with a sound system to enjoy your favorite movies and TV shows. It comes with access to Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime for your stay.
The dining room has a large granite table to fit the whole family, and the kitchen is stocked with many additional appliances for you to use. There is an InstaPot, Rice cooker, Crockpot, vacuum sealer (encase you want to package your own fish while in town, you just have to provide your own bags), a pasta maker, immersion blender, mandolin, blender/food processor, and tortilla press. The kitchen comes stocked with nearly all of the spices you could think of to make a delicious meal.
The back living room is an office that opens up to the back deck. The office has a desk, office chair, and a wall mounted TV to watch if you feel like using the Concept 2 rowing machine.
The back deck is located in a very private fenced yard. You can lounge in the hot tub, eat dinner at the patio table for 6, cook up some steaks on the Webber grill, or sit around the fire pit which is a retired piece of the Alaska Pipeline. There are lights run along the fence to keep the yard dimly lit at night. You can even see the northern lights from the hot tub when they are active!
The 3 bedrooms are all located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed and the windows are blacked out so the room is like a cave that you can sleep in easily during the summer months. The first guest room has a queen bed, dresser, and chest. The second guest room has bunk beds with the top bed being a twin and the lower bed being a full.
The house has a brand new Samsung washer and dryer for your use, two full bathrooms, and a drive way big enough to park half a dozen cars off the street. You can even park trailers and 30’ motorhomes if you need. The property is surrounded by security cameras so it is safe and secure.
