This lovely waterfront high-set home has room for 6! There is a spacious lounge which has access to the front deck and has the views of the Bay. Dining area is open plan with the kitchen. The kitchen includes fridge/freezer, microwave and most things you will need whilst on holidays for a comfortable stay.
The main bedroom has a double bed, second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has two single beds.
There is room under the house for parking of two vehicles plus there is additional space should you want to bring the tinny or boat. The closest boat ramp is less than 1 km from the house and there is a great little cafe within walking distance.
This house will make a great base for a nice quiet family holiday but also ideal for that annual fishing trip!

Tin Can Bay has much to offer! Choose a quiet relaxing holiday with a good book and an easy stroll along the Esplanade to enjoy the water views. Bring the kids as they will enjoy the paths with their scooters and bikes. There is also a skateboard bowl and playground on the foreshore. Tin Can Bay is also popular for fishing so bring the tinny or you can hire a boat if you wish to go out and catch some fish or mud crabs.
Only 30 minutes drive and you can enjoy the sandy beaches of Rainbow Beach so bring the surfboards and boogie boards. Rainbow Beach also offers a flagged swimming beach. You can take your 4wd for a drive to the coloured sands (permit may be required - please check with Queensland Parks before heading off) and right up to the lagoon at double island point. Great spot for a swim! Please check beach conditions before leaving. 4wd hire is also available.
