4 Bedroom House in Tin Can Bay
This holiday house is uniquely designed and being on two levels it is ideal for the extended family or two families. You will get the lovely bay breezes as the house is situated high on the headland.
Downstairs has a large tiled living area with an additional large tiled games room complete with ping pong table! A ceiling fan is provided in the games room to keep you cool during those ping pong matches! Downstairs are 3 of the 4 bedrooms. One room has a double bed and the other two rooms have 2 single beds each making a total of 4 single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The bathroom has a shower room door plus a separate toilet both of which can be separated from the vanities which makes share these spaces so much easier. The bathroom is also shared with the laundry which has a top loader washing machine and wall mounted dryer with a standard washtub.
Upstairs you will find the kitchen with a dishwasher and all the cooking utensils you need for your stay. Good sized fridge freezer plus additional fridge freezer downstairs if needed. Spacious large dining space off the kitchen which flows in to the large lounge room with recliners. The lounge room also has ceiling fans and an air conditioner. Off the lounge room is the covered deck so you can relax and take in that view!
The master bedroom is also located upstairs with queen size bed, ceiling fan and ensuite.
There is access to one garage but there is plenty of off street parking for additional cars or boats.
Large backyard ideal for the kids to safely play.

Tin Can Bay has much to offer! Choose a quiet relaxing holiday with a good book and an easy stroll along the Esplanade to enjoy the water views. Bring the kids as they will enjoy the paths with their scooters and bikes. There is also a skateboard bowl and playground on the foreshore. Tin Can Bay is also popular for fishing so bring the tinny or you can hire a boat if you wish to go out and catch some fish or mud crabs.
Only 30 minutes drive and you can enjoy the sandy beaches of Rainbow Beach so bring the surfboards and boogie boards. Rainbow Beach also offers a flagged swimming beach. You can take your 4wd for a drive to the coloured sands (permit may be required - please check with Queensland Parks before heading off) and right up to the lagoon at double island point. Great spot for a swim! Please check beach conditions before leaving. 4wd hire is also available.
