Lakefront decks (2 levels) allow for relaxing while you enjoy your morning coffee/breakfast while you watch the sunrise, or an evening BBQ while you watch the sunset. For those cooler evenings, the gas fire-pit is a great place to relax while watching the night sky.
Past guests have commented that they feel like they are in a desert oasis.
The Community only Clubhouse facilities are available to our guests at no extra charge. See below for all the great amenities it offers. Pool and hot tub are located at the Clubhouse (two blocks from the property) and NOT at the property.
There is over 5 miles of shoreline and private parks located in various spots throughout the community.
Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is a short 10-minute drive, as are Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, and Ahwatukee.
Central to ASU, stadiums, golf courses & ball parks.
Walking distance to many parks, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, bike/walking paths & more. Great hiking trails & mountain bike trails are a ten-minute drive from the property. Being close to freeways and mass transit allows for easy access to downtown Tempe (ASU & Mill Ave, Tempe Town Lake) & the greater Phoenix/Scottsdale area!
The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and modern amenities. Everything you need is here for your enjoyment & use. This is our home when the property is not rented, & there are many items not generally found in 'rental only' properties.
*This is a non-smoking home.... includes inside, outside on the patio's.
*No events or parties allowed.
*The person booking the property must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking & must be at least 30 years of age.
*The rental is for a total of 4 people. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved by owners (due to insurance requirements).
*Property is not childproofed & the lake is directly outside the back patio. There is no gate to protect children from water access.

INSIDE:
**Secure, wireless, high speed Internet at no charge to renters. Note: Internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to Internet service. No illegal or excessive downloading.
**Each bedroom has a flat screen 4K SmartTV, Blue-ray player, Direct TV, Hulu & Netflix & other streaming services. Bedrooms are furnished with a queen size beds, dressers, night stands. Choice of blankets, down or down alternative comforters & pillows. Sheets & towels are an added bonus.
** Master suite opens onto the upper lakeside patio & has a water view & en-suite bath. Double sink vanity, granite countertop, large walk-in shower & low water use toilet. Walk-in closet with built in dresser.
**Second, or guest bedroom, is on the opposite end of the Villa & away from the Master Suite. There is a small patio accessible from the bedroom sliding door. Bathroom has a tub with hand held & rain shower, single vanity with marble countertop & low water use toilet.
**Living room has a 58" Flat screen high definition TV. 2 leather recliners for watching TV, and 2 single lounge chairs. Gas fireplace for when the weather is chilly.
**Kitchen is a chefs delight. Travertine slab countertops, high-end appliances , including Vita-mix, Nespresso machine (you supply your own pods), toaster oven, Kitchen-aid mixer, quality dishes, pots, pans & utensils.
**The center of the house has a lovely outdoor atrium that is separated from the inside by large sliding doors.
**Front-loading (he) washer/dryer is energy efficient to use & we provide eco-friendly detergent for your use. We ask that you do not use dry sheets as it leaves residue in the dryer.
OUTSIDE:
**Large stainless steel propane BBQ grill on lakeside deck. Full tank of propane provided.
**Comfortable conversation chairs on the large upper deck & propane fire-pit with full propane tank on arrival.
**Table with seating for 4-6
**Towels are provided for our guests, including large pool towels & shower towels for use at the clubhouse.
**Swimming, unfortunately, is not allowed in the lake itself, but we are 2 short blocks to the clubhouse & the pool there is wonderful. No inflatables allowed in the lake. Renters are expected to abide by HOA community rules (typical here) & we supply a copy for reference.
**Renters have the use of the driveway, but the garage is not available.

We do recommend you buy travelers insurance as we require a 60-day cancellation notice (prior to your reservation check-in date) to receive a refund. Cleaning fees, insurance premiums, & taxes (14.07%) will be refunded in full when cancelling within the 60-day requirement. There are no refunds for early checkouts, no-shows, or stays shortened or prevented due to weather. Recognize that your commitment to booking our house for your preferred dates means that others will be turned away. Refunds do not include bank or credit card fees that you incurred or VRBO service charge fees, if any).
