Kookaburra cottage needs to be experienced to be fully appreciated . It is a 2 bedroom cottage, including a loft bedroom. Its located back amongst the trees in a very private setting. It has its own fully fenced yard as well as its own vegetable gardens and chook house. Awaken to the sounds of the birds and enjoy a morning coffee whilst watching the family of kangaroos that live nearby. The A framed corrugated iron cottage has an ambience that makes you just want to sit back, breath and relax.
The space
The cottage has a spacious open feel with a large main bedroom . The second bedroom is up in the loft, with access from a slide out ladder so not suitable for younger children or the elderly. The bathroom is basic but very comfortable. The cottage has recently undergone a makeover with a new kitchen ,appliances, paint and carpets. It has a fireplace which keeps the cottage warm and cosy even on the coldest of nights.
