This small but spacious house offers elegance and style; much like going to a good friend’s house - you feel comfortable and at home from the first moment you walk in.
The open living room, kitchen and eating area ensure that you and your family/friends are able to enjoy each others company while relaxing and enjoying everyday life. The kitchen opens to a large screened in porch that offers views of the protected wooded area that surrounds the community. Birds, wild turkey and deer often visit and can be seen at different times throughout the day.
There are 3 bedrooms: 1 master with a private bath and 2 smaller that share a bath. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and is decorated in soothing green, purple and ‘natural’ neutral, the middle bedroom has a full size bed and is decorated in vibrant yellow and other tropical colors, and the third, smallest, bedroom offers a single/full bunk-bed and is decorated in blue, yellow and white.
