4 undercover car parks fully concreted I suggest when you come through the gate that you swing left and back into carport area that makes for an easy exit. (garage not available)
We are very conveniently located just 1km off the gateway motorway just under 7km south of the gateway bridge and only 11km to Brisbane airport, 2km to the Sleeman Sports Complex, 1km to the Belmont rifle range and just 14km to the CBD.
This property boasts a very modern kitchen, 2 pack painted cupboards and stone benchtops with quality appliances such as Bosch Induction cooktop, dishwasher, Asko oven, range hood, microwave and a Large 2 door Fisher & Paykel fridge with filtered chilled water. We also have a 4 slice toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine and utensils.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed walk through robe with plenty of storage into the en-suite with toilet, shower and vanity with exhaust fan.

Large back deck has lounge to relax on and dining table for 6 along with servery window from kitchen. There is also a 8kg washing machine and sink tucked away in a neat cupboard we have 2 clothes lines, iron and ironing board.
4 stairs at front entrance and 6 at rear deck entry, plenty of security lighting via sensors & free WiFi but please note this is strictly a no smoking, no pets, no party property.
Other things to note:
We will provide all linen and bath towels, hand towels etc (byo towels for pool/beach) toilet paper, some condiments, tea, coffee, milk etc to get you started.
Remote for gate will be located in key safe located in gate house. The front door has an electronic code lock we will provide the details before arrival.
Please note we are on a septic system so just the 3 P’s into the toilet. No sanitary items in the toilet thank you.
