This property has it all! Property is 3,400 sq. ft. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms situated on 2.5 wooded acres. Enjoy coffee in the mornings on the large wrap around deck. Hot tubing with friends and family. Plenty of room for kids to adventure in the wooded birch tree forest and play on the rope swings. In the evenings grill while viewing the midnight sun or roast marshmallows over the fire pit.

Great restaurants close by, Matanuska Brewing is a favorite of ours for craft beer and pizza (7.8 miles) and Bobbys cafe 2.2 miles.
