Set in tropical gardens, a renovated ‘Queenslander’ home features our dormitory style accommodation. The lower level houses a large well equipped kitchen suitable for cooking, separate male and female amenities, a large outdoor sitting area and games area. We also have private or shared Budget Rooms with television, fridge and seating.. Air-conditioners and ceiling fans are fitted to each of the rooms.
Reception hours:
9:00am to 5:00pm
Check in from 2:00pm
All guests MUST confirm arrival times prior to the 2pm on day of check in.
Should you arriving after 5pm, please contact us to organise late check in.
Passport, proof of age, current drivers licence must be presented upon check-in.
All bookings require a valid credit card to be confirmed. Please note that we can only accept Visa or Mastercard.
Please be advised that all bookings require relevant contact phone numbers. We reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund if you failed to do provide a valid phone number.
Hostel Rules
Keep your room tidy inside and out.
Clean kitchen after use.
Please advise Management ASAP if uninvited visitors are in the park.
Do not tamper with smoke alarms or fire exit signs. They are there for your protection.
Please respect our NOISE POLICY. 'No undue noise is allowed anytime and particularly after 9:30pm. If you are making noise after 9:30pm you will be asked to leave.
Smoking is not permitted within any accommodation, amenities or office. No butts in the gardens or grounds.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations on STANDARD rate bookings. In other words, cancellations made before 2pm one day before arrival are free of charge. After that time, you will be charged for your first night's stay
NON-REFUNDABLE bookings will be charged the total reservation cost at the time of the booking and there is no refund on cancellations.
Bookings made the same day cannot be cancelled.
