Summary:
Set on 4 acres of private rolling lawns and subtropical gardens with only birds and the odd kangaroo visiting occasionally is our beautiful home. Plenty of room for family and friends to enjoy the tranquility of the private gardens with firepit, convenience of modern amenities and the beauty of natural surroundings. Close to local attractions, hiking trails and the famous Spirit House 1km down the road for a unique dining experience and their popular cooking classes!
The Space:
You will LOVE our home because:
The kitchen is a sociable space opening to 2 lounging areas and the outdoor space. Outside and inside become one with wide windows framing beautiful subtropical gardens.
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster & more. Basic condiments provided such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, etc.
The open plan living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. Large windows and sliding doors flood the space with natural light and provide seamless access to the wide decks to welcome the morning sun!
Sleeping arrangements:
The home features comfortable bedrooms all with ceiling fans.
Bedroom 1: The main bedroom boasts 1 x King Bed with an ensuite for added privacy and convenience.
Bedroom 2: Second bedroom features 1 x King also with an ensuite.
Bedroom 3: Third bedroom has 1 X King
Bedroom 4 - Sofa bed
Bedrooms 1,2 and 4 have air con and ALL bedrooms have ceiling fans!
Bed linen is included as well as bath towels, mats and hand towels which are professionally laundered.
Air-conditioning /heating is located in the kitchen and proves efficient in both sitting areas.
