This elevated and spacious, recently renovated master-built home enjoys distant ocean and natural reserve views across to Pittwater and Barrenjoey headland. Downstairs is the open plan lounge/dining with 75 Inch Smart TV, ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans, a brand new galley kitchen with modern appliances and Nespresso coffee machine. The Kitchen and living area opens out to the large undercover deck with seating for 8 guests, Weber BBQ, outdoor fireplace and a spa and firepit to the rear of the yard with large fenced grassed garden. One of the four bedrooms is located on the bottom floor with a double bed its own ensuite bathroom and office area.
The combined laundry/bathroom has underfloor heating and a washing machine.
Upstairs there is a second living/rumpus room which leads out to a large balcony with distant ocean views and three more bedrooms, including the Master with Ensuite as well as the main bathroom with under floor heating and spa bath. The Master bedroom has its own private access to the balcony and a 50 Inch Smart TV.
