Summary: My dad's heat literally would not shut off, my tv had to be shut down using the power strip and it always came on at full volume, and there was no place to putt my shampoo or soap in my shower (I bought and left a shower caddy there). The price was reasonable and the front desk staff person was awesome. She did offer to move both of us. The hotel has great reviews so I know at least some guests liked it.
