Summary: We liked the surrounding area and we came for the fishing, which was great. Lot's of areas including hike-in and then fish as long as you follow the rules with the wild animals, then you are safe. We had encounters and some folks are laughing at you when they see you wearing the bells. Tell that to the black female bear with cubs... the bells were quite effective. When I was searching for a place, I looked for places with wifi because I have a teenager. The place does not have a wifi and I think that should be removed from the details because it is misleading. Reception around the cabine is not great either so take that into account. Besides that, the place is nice, including the owners.
