Summary: We checked In went to our room and the bed was outdated. The springs in the mattress were pushing through the mattress cover. We asked if there was other room with a better mattress. She switched us to another room and the same thing. We called the front desk and told her. She said I’m sorry. They didn’t offer us our money back. We packed up and went to Paddle Ridge Resort where we got a wonderful bed. Thanks.
