If you want spacious tranquility on the ocean, this is the place for you. The Penthouse is top floor, with a huge terrace that overlooks the ocean. By day enjoy seeing the beautiful distant shores of the Nicoya Peninsula, along with whales, pelicans, macaws, and parrots , and at night enjoy the far away lights of Puntarenas.
The home was completely remodeled, and newly furnished in 2017, thus giving a new appearance. Home also includes 55" and 50" smart tv's with Netflix, cable and high speed wifi. We are located at the end of Punta Leona on a cul-de-sac so we have no traffic or traffic noise. Just waves, birds, and ocean breeze!
Guests will have the entire home, private parking garage, private laundry, pool, and grounds, including free access to Playa Blanca (about an 8 minute walk) and Playa Mantis. (While we don't provide bracelets to the private club, guests will still enjoy and have access to Playa Blanca through the central entrance)
Our goal is for you to have a fantastic vacation. Because we live here in Costa Rica, we are always available to you by phone, text or email as the need may be.
We will provide you a map and directions to Punta Leona, and the location of the home within Punta Leona. Because of the controlled entry into Punta Leona, we will need to provide the guard station the names of all in your party. You will pick up the keys at the final guard station called "Puntos de Leonamar" directly before the condominium.
